Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Snappris app.

The service

Snappris identifies second-hand items from photos, suggests prices, writes listings and compares asking prices with likely resale value. The service is provided by Dripwork, business ID 3519918-7.

Prices are estimates

Price suggestions and buying verdicts such as “Buy it” or “Skip it” are estimates from AI and market data, not advice or a promise of profit. They can be wrong, and actual selling prices vary. Check details such as brand, size, condition and authenticity before you buy, sell or list. We do not guarantee that an item will sell or at what price.

Sold prices you share

If you turn on sold-price sharing, you allow us to use the shared details, without time limit and free of charge, to build and improve price data and suggestions for all users. This is optional and you can turn it off in Settings at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.

Your listings

You publish listings yourself and are responsible for them, including their accuracy, the marketplace’s rules, and any taxes on your sales. Snappris never posts for you.

Subscriptions

Snappris includes 3 free scans. A scan covers one item, with up to 3 photos. You can buy scan packs or subscribe to Snappris Pro through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before purchase. Scan packs are one-time purchases: scans don’t expire, but they stay with the app on your phone and can’t be restored if you delete the app or change phones. Pro renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and fair-use limits apply. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to bypass limits, overload or reverse-engineer it, no illegal items, and no photos of other people without permission. We may limit or end access in case of misuse.

Marketplaces

Snappris is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted, Tori, Tradera, Blocket, Facebook or any other marketplace. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue features, and we aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it. We will tell you about important changes to these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses from relying on a price estimate. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Apple

If you use the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is not responsible for claims relating to the app, except its refund obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

Law and disputes

Finnish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection in your home country. Contact us first at [email protected]. Consumers can also turn to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland (kuluttajariita.fi) or the National Board for Consumer Disputes in Sweden (arn.se). Last updated: 31 October 2026.
