Why does the price look wrong?

Second-hand prices vary a lot, and estimates can be off. Add a photo of the label, answer the quick questions, and check similar items on the marketplace before you list.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You can also use Settings → Manage subscription in Snappris. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so request refunds from them: reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play’s order history.

I got a new phone. How do I get Pro back?

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account, open Settings in Snappris and tap Restore purchases. Stock stays on your old phone because there are no accounts.

Does Snappris post to marketplaces for me?

No. It writes the listing, and you copy it and publish it yourself.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Delete all my data, then uninstall the app. To delete a waitlist signup, email [email protected].
